Shipping Information

Garage Recess works with a select group of brand partners and suppliers to fulfill the products featured in our shop. Because of this, shipping timelines, packaging, and delivery methods may vary slightly depending on the items ordered.

Most in-stock orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Certain products may require additional handling time depending on supplier availability and fulfillment location. Once processed, standard delivery typically takes an additional 3–7 business days within the contiguous United States.

Orders containing products from multiple brands may arrive in separate shipments. You will receive individual tracking information for each shipment.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout.

Domestic Shipping

At this time, Garage Recess ships within the contiguous United States only. We are not currently able to fulfill orders to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international destinations.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at [email protected] and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage

  • Photos of the packaging

We will work with the supplier directly to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
